Tabeeb Discount Card
1. Legal Nature of the Product
Tabeeb Smart Solutions FZ-LLC operates the Tabeeb Discount Card as a membership-based discount access program. Tabeeb is not a healthcare provider, insurer, broker, or third-party administrator. The Card does not constitute medical coverage, insurance, or entitlement to treatment.
2. Role of Tabeeb
Tabeeb facilitates access to discounts offered independently by participating providers. Tabeeb does not set medical prices, control treatment decisions, or guarantee availability of services.
3. Provider Relationship
All healthcare, wellness, and longevity services are provided solely by independent third-party providers. Any provider–patient relationship exists exclusively between the user and the provider.
4. No Guarantees
Tabeeb makes no guarantees regarding service availability, acceptance of the Card, pricing, savings, outcomes, or provider participation.
5. Payments
Users pay providers directly for all services. Tabeeb does not process, collect, or hold payments related to medical or wellness services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabeeb shall not be liable for medical outcomes, malpractice, negligence, dissatisfaction, or disputes. Any liability of Tabeeb shall be limited to the amount paid for the Discount Card.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
