1. Membership Nature
The Tabeeb Discount Card is a membership product granting access to discounts only.
2. Card Refunds
Card purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Refunds may be considered only if access to the Card is technically unavailable and no benefits have been used.
3. Provider Services
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to services are handled directly by providers. Tabeeb does not mediate or assume responsibility for provider pricing or service quality.
